EVERYTHING was so DELICIOUS!!!!!
The chef/owner came out from the kitchen and chatted with us. He was very friendly and super nice. Plus, he gave us this Taiwanese stil fry cabbage in the house!!!

Oh! And this is the deep fried sticky tofu. I was pretty good although I'd prefer more Taiwanese pickles/kimchi on top, but I was already grateful enough to have it in the US.

OMG!!! This was haven! Called "Chef Lin's fish". Very tender that melted in youe mouth and the fish tasted pretty fresh. The most amazing part was the sauce! Slightly spicy and yummy! Must order if you visited this place.

AHHH!!! I just can't stop screaming. This is "sesame ginger pork kidney". Oh, don't be afraid and it was certainly NOT GROSS. It was so delicious and I just wish I know how to make it and of course, find some fresh kidney here. The flavor was amazing and goes perfect with some white rice.

So we were trying to have a balanced meal, so we ordered this "Taiwanese A-Ah green". (Secret: don't order the cabbage in the beginning, order other types of veggies since when the chef got excited, he will give out the cabbage in the house! So we had two veggie dished in total!!! How healthy!)

This is a small lamb hot pot with napa cabbage. We all loved lamb and napa cabbage was definitely the best choice you can make here to throw into the pot. It was once again, delicious.

OOHOO!!! Another thing that you might not find it too friendly. This is stewed pork intestines. It was fatty, porky, the sauce got wonderful flavor and you just need to try this. Doesn't that just look like tofu skin? Give it a try and you might just fall in love with it. Oh, but don't have too much. It's fatty (and probably why it's so yummy)!!!

For the seafood craving, we also got this scallion squid. The squid was fresh and again, did not let us down. However, it wasn't too exciting than the dished I talked about above. Oh, but definitely delicious though.

AHHHH! Here I go again!!! This "Basil & Egg" dish was my all time favorite. I loved it when I was little and I am still in love with it!!! There's just NO WAY that you can stop eating. You have to try real hard to remember your manner that sharing food with people on the same table to refrain yourself (or myself) finish it all. A must order!

OOOHH!!! Finally, our last order "three cup chicken". Three cup means a cup of rice wine, a cup of soy sauce and a cup of oyster sauce. This is always serve with basil and use the dark chicken meat. Delish Delish Delish!!! Another must order!!!

Overall, it was a great dining experience and tasted really Taiwanese (nothing like general tsao chicken or lo mein that you'll get from American Chinese take out places). However, the location was not with at the center of Flushing, so it is best to drive down here. I highly recommend you to give it a try! You will not be disappointed!!! And we left with 6 happy tummies!
