YES YES YES!!! Vacation Vacation Vacation!!! YAY!!! Get out of New Haven!!!

For Tim and Heather's wedding, we bought the tickets months ago to go to Reno (NV) !!!
And I was so looking forward to this trip! This was my first to go to NV (oh..I've never been to Vegas...) and of course first time to Reno. So, going to a new city means to check out some local good restaurants!

Elissa and I both checked out brunch places at Reno and decided on one. And they happened to be the same one -- Peg's. Well, the pictures other people posted online were just too crazy; the portion was so huge and many of their dishes were served on big skillets that we just have to go and check it out ourselves.

Reno was so bloody hot and we walked here from our casino hotel, which took us ~40 mins. We arrived ~10:00AM and were seated immediately, however, this place is pretty full already (and people keep coming in!).

They quickly served us coffee, and keep refilling our cups until we got our food and until we finished our food. They came so often that we always have some coffee in our cups.

Everyone ordered the skillet breakfast, except me (oh well...), I can always try RCSIII' s anyway.

So Steve & Suv ordered 2 eggs ( I forgot what styled they requested) skillet breakfast, which came with beans, hash brown, cole slaw, selsa and a piece of fruit.

RCSIII ordered breakfast burrito skillet. It got the same sides and the burrito has lots of ham, chili peppers, eggs, cheese (and maybe some more). It was so so delicious.

Elissa ordered (I forgot what's in it) Omelette skillet breakfast. I think she liked it but couldn't finish it because of the monster portion. But with Steve there, it's not a big problem.

I ordered California Benedict. It's poached egg, turkey meat, tomato and avocado on two english muffins with hollandaise sauce with hash brown on the side.

It was delicious but I find myself still like ham better on than turkey when it comes to eggs Benedict. The hollandaise was more lemony than I thought it would be but I got used to it quickly and it was very nice, rich and a little bit freshER. By the way, I am a huge fan of avocado on almost everything. In the end, we left here with five happy tummies!

Since we only got 2 whole days at Reno, although I'm sure there are a lot of other good places, I'm glad that we tried here (hahaha, since I don't know whether I'll ever be back here or not). This place is really friendly and with great brunch options. If you happen to be at Reno, you should give this place a try!
